1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MYM ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MYM is a YouTube channel management platform that provides the following services:

• Multi-Channel Management: Manage multiple YouTube channels from a single dashboard
• Video Upload: Upload videos to YouTube with custom metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
• Content Translation: Translate video titles, descriptions, and tags to multiple languages
• OBS Integration: Control OBS streaming software remotely via WebSocket connections
• Media Management: Store and organize media files for streaming and uploads
• Analytics: View basic channel statistics and video performance metrics

The Service acts as an intermediary between you and YouTube, using YouTube Data API to perform actions on your behalf.

3. YouTube API Services

MYM uses YouTube API Services to provide its functionality. By using MYM, you are also agreeing to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that YouTube may update its Terms of Service from time to time, and you agree to comply with such updates. Failure to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service may result in suspension or termination of your access to MYM.

3.1 Google API Services User Data Policy

MYM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your YouTube data solely to provide the features described in Section 2 and do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use MYM, you must create an account and connect at least one YouTube channel via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload through MYM. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MYM and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The MYM name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of MYM. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Service Interruptions: Temporary unavailability, downtime, or errors in the Service
• Data Loss: Loss of data due to technical failures, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent this
• Third-Party Services: Issues arising from YouTube, Google, OBS, or other third-party services
• User Content: Content uploaded by users that violates laws or third-party rights
• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost Profits: Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your YouTube channels and contacting us at support@ytcommander.app. Upon termination, we will delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse the Service or harm other users
• Fail to pay any fees (if applicable in the future)

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
